This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Portola Ventures Ltd, trading as GeoSpectre ("Processor" or "GeoSpectre"), and you ("Controller" or "Customer") and governs the processing of personal data by GeoSpectre on behalf of the Customer.
